1. Click Start > Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall
2. On the left side of the window, click Turn Windows Firewall on or off
3. Enter the administrator password when it prompt in User Account Control
4. Click Turn off Windows Firewall (not recommended) for both Home or work (private) network location settings and Public network location settings.
